Evaporation rate between 1–5 kg/hr (water). Drying air rate 100 kg/hr @ 200°C inlet. Electric heater rated 8kW, with additional 2kW pre-heater. Fan motor 5.5kW. Infinitely variable peristaltic feed pump. Atomization via co-current two-fluid nozzle using compressed gas. Includes drying chamber on support, ceiling air disperser, cyclone separator, single-point powder discharge, exhaust system with CEE-135 cyclone, bag filter, and HEPA filter. All product-contact parts in AISI 316 stainless steel. Integrated viewing window and hygienic design for easy cleaning. Maximum noise level 53 dB(A). Previously used for pharmaceutical research application. Built 2021, installed 2024. Used less than 30 hours in total.
