The Lee tag states the vessel is rated for 2,000,000 cps maximum. It is rated for internal vacuum/pressure. Center bottom outlet.

Includes MixMor model GA-4 pneumatically driven agitator with 1-1/4" diameter x 34" long stainless steel shaft and 16" diameter propeller blade. Kettle measures 42" diameter x 34" deep, Complete with hinged lid and hemispherical bottom. Unit has 3" center bottom discharge. Serial number 3866-1. National Board number 1902. Previously used in processing facility that manufactured condiments, jellies, dressing, sauces, and jams.
