WFI Stills

Used 750 GPH 316L Stainless Steel WFI Vapor Compression Still. Manufactured by MECO. Model PES750MSSH. Uses deionized or softened feedwater to produce high-quality distilled water through a continuous distillation process, designed to produce 750 gallons per hour of Water for Injection. The system operates by boiling feedwater in a vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger (evaporator), where steam is generated, compressed, and condensed into distilled water. Includes a demister for steam purification, a vapor compressor, sanitary heat exchangers constructed with 316L stainless steel, and an insulated, vertical WFI storage tank. Skid-mounted with Allen-Bradley Compact Logix PLC controls for automated operation and features integrated piping for feedwater, distillate, and blowdown management. Includes a pretreatment filtration system featuring a multimedia filter, carbon filter, and dual-stage water softeners to remove particulates, chlorine, and hardness minerals. Equipped with a sanitization process. Serial #10118. Built 2021 - in operation for less than a year.
