Used 6000 ACFM Exhaust Gas Scrubber system. Manufactured by Clean Gas Systems Inc. (2) 48" cyclonic 304 stainless steel separators. Each unit: 48" diameter x 9'-5.5" OAH. Rated 6000 ACFM @ 86 F. Pressure: 22 PSIA, Gas Density 0.1087 lbs/cu. Ft. Pressure drop: 2.5" W.C. Design pressure: 8 PSIG. Each unit has 16" bolted inspection door, 6" drain, 6" overflow connection, 1/2" NPT coupling for pressure tap, and 3/8" pipe X 6" LG. with NPT CPLG. Plug for pressure tap. Cyclones are connecting in tandem by 16" X 21" flanged connection.

Used 3000 CFM Hydro-Lance scrubber. Manufactured by HEE-Duall. Stainless Steel mist elimininators with conductive UHHW tracks. 12" exhaust. 20HP blower with 75 dba silencer. Control panel. Built 2019.

Used 25'7" OAH 316L Stainless Steel scrubber column. Manufactured by EST Corp. Built 1989.

Unused Offenhauser Co. 14,455 gallon vertical 304 stainless steel scrubber. 8 1/2’ diameter X 31’-10 high straight side. Internal rated 15 PSIG @ 150 degrees F. S/N 4108-A. 24” side top and side bottom manways. Unit has (2) 2" flanged ports for level, (2) 1 1/2" flanged ports for differential pressure, (1) 2" flanged port for liquid inlet, (1) 4” flanged port for liquid outlet, (1) 44" gas inlet and (1) 44" gas outlet. 5 insulation support rings. Internal includes a packing support and a demister (demister is made up of 6" thick 304 stainless steel mesh made up of (8) equal sections that are removable from side manway). Includes ladder with safety cage and 2 semi-circle cat walks. Dished top and bottom, Mounted on carbon steel skirt. Weight 26,144#.
