Used 80 cu ft VersaWok Cooker/Ribbon Blender. Manufactured by Blentech. Model VW-42096-CC. Working volume 2320 Liter. Stayed Jacketed trough 42" wide x 96" long x 50" deep. Rated 15 PSIG steam, or 45 PSIG liquid. Designed to run with thermal oil at 550F F. 5" diameter shaft, 6" wide plate from shaft to outer ribbon blade, 4" wide, with 6" x 2" scraper blades. Top actuated cover with 6" opening. Side bottom outlet with air operated cover 22" x 10". Driven by gearmotor. Mounted on stainless steel frame. PLC panel with Allen Bradley CompactLogix L33ER PLC, A/B Stratix 5700 servo drive. VFD panel with Allen Bradley VFD drive. Hope Industrial HIS-ML19.5-STAA HMI. Serial# 2100105.
